Analytical Methods
The International Confectionery Association (ICA) has developed a comprehensive series of internationally recognised analytical methods for cocoa and chocolate products.
The methods are sold at €15 each (plus bank and postal charges). Method 39 is available at €30.
A 20% discount applies to orders of the complete set of methods, while a 10% discount is available for orders of a half set.
